A tucked away room off the main entrance, the one Bob calls the booth room. Booth seating, warm lighting and a dedicated TV. Built for smaller groups who want somewhere quieter without taking the whole venue.

The large clubhouse directly beside the tavern, right on Packanack Lake. It holds about 140, which makes it the room for anything too big for the main building. We cater it from next door and run the service ourselves, so it is the same food and the same staff, just more space.

The Lakeside Clubhouse, Up to 140 Guests
The clubhouse is the building next door, right on Packanack Lake. Our kitchen caters it and our staff runs it, and it seats more people than any room inside the tavern.

What Companies Ask Us First
- Can you get us in and out on a lunch hour?
- Tell us when your group needs to be back at their desks and we plan the courses backward from that time. Weekday lunch is what this room was set up for.
- Can you stay under our per person number?
- Give us your budget per head and your headcount and we build the menu to hit it. We would rather do that than hand you a fixed package and hope it fits.
- Who do we actually deal with?
- One coordinator, from the first call through the day of your event. Not one person for the room, another for the menu, and a third for the bill.
- What if our group is bigger than one room?
- We have four spaces, from 50 seats in the Upstairs Lounge up to 140 in the Lakeside Clubhouse next door, plus a full buyout of the main building for up to 170 guests.
- Do we have to set up or clean up anything?
- No. Our staff sets the room, runs the service and clears it afterward, including at the clubhouse. You show up and run your meeting.
